Visibility depends on your role. Firm administrators and billing users can see all matters. Supervising fee earners see matters where they are assigned as supervisor or acting fee earner. Fee earners, paralegals and read-only users see matters where they are the acting fee earner, a member of the matter team, or the person who created the matter.
Kuvaly maintains a full client account ledger per matter. You can post client receipts, disbursements paid, refunds and office transfers. Each matter shows a live trust balance. All transactions are logged in the audit trail for SRA compliance purposes.
Firm administrators can export the audit log as a CSV from the Administration panel. Additional data exports — including matters and time entries — are on our roadmap. Contact support@kuvaly.com if you need a specific export urgently.

Yes. All Kuvaly data is hosted on UK servers. We do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom.
